Compass Multicultural Network
Compass builds cultural awareness, understanding and belonging by creating space for connection and learning across our multicultural workforce.
Axis Parents and Carers Network
Axis supports and connects parents and carers across Qualitas - whether navigating parenthood, caring for elderly relatives, or balancing other caring responsibilities. A space to share experiences, exchange advice, and build community.
Community engagement
Youth homelessness
Qualitas has a long-term partnership with the Property Industry Foundation and more recently the Lighthouse Foundation, working with both to support their work to combat youth homelessness.
Indigenous literacy
We have been supporting the Indigenous Literacy Foundation with an annual donation as part of Indigenous Literacy Week, providing culturally relevant books to remote communities across Australia.
Mental health
Partner with batyr to support the work they do across high schools to try and ensure young people have the opportunity to lead a mentally healthy and fulfilling life.
Children’s health
We sponsored the yellow jersey for the 2025 Chain Reaction Challenge, along with team members participating in the ride, with funds raised for the Monash Children’s Hospital and Starlight Foundation.
