Nedim leads our Corporate Finance function at Qualitas, with responsibility for group strategy, capital deployment and corporate development initiatives across the business. With over 15 years of experience across investment banking, real estate and alternative investments, he has developed deep expertise in M&A, capital markets and strategic advisory.
Prior to joining Qualitas in 2024, Nedim was a Director at Macquarie Group, where he led complex transactions across public and private real estate, social infrastructure and investment management, including acting as adviser on the Qualitas IPO. Before Macquarie, he was an Assistant Director at Rothschild & Co in London, advising corporates, financial sponsors and governments on cross-border M&A and strategic transactions across real assets and infrastructure. Earlier in his career, Nedim held roles at Blue Sky Alternative Investments and PwC in London.
